    Q: How does MYBonusprogram work?
    A: Members purchase participating partners' eligible electronic products. Points will be recorded automatically once members register the warranty card of eligible products on www.mybonus.com.my.No membership card is required at the point of purchase.
    Q: Do I have to pay?
    A: No. The MYBonus membership is free of charge. You do not have to pay any membership fee, annual fee or joining fee.
    Q: How do I join?
    A: Easy. Just apply online at www.mybonus.com.my with a valid email address and create your own password.
    Q: Is there a Supplementary MYBonus membership for another member of my family?
    A: No, MYBonus does not have supplementary membership.
    Q: Do I need to sign up with every MYBonus Partner?
    A: No. You need to only sign up once with MYBonus at www.mybonus.com.my.
    Q: Is there a qualifying period?
    A: No. As soon as you have successfully registered a membership at www.mybonus.com.my, you can begin collecting MYBonus Points by registering the warranty card of the eligible products from time to time. Purchases made prior to the effective joining date of partners do not get to earn MYBonus Points.

    A: MYBonus Points are valid for 2 years. You must try and make redemption during these 2 years. After the 24th month, Points will expire on a 'first in-first out' basis. Example, Points collected in December 2011 will expire in November 2013.

    Q: Will I get my Points immediately after making purchase of an eligible participating partner's product?
    A: Not at the point of purchase. You need sign in to your account at www.mybonus.com.my and register the warranty card of eligible products for Points to be recorded to your account immediately.
    Q: How do I know how many MYBonus Points I have collected?
    A: You can keep track of your transactions by:
    • Signing in to your account at www.mybonus.com.my. Go to Transactions & Expiry.
    • You can track your last 60 days transactions here.
    • Calling Membership Services Centre at 03- 8076 1313 from Monday to Friday, 9.00am â€" 6.00pm.

    Q: How should I read the Transaction History?
    A: All transactions of points earned and redeemed are shown up to 6 months ago in your online account. If there is any discrepancy, please send an email to us or call Membership Services Centre at +603-8076 1313 within 14 days of the transaction date. You are advised to keep your receipts handy until Points are reflected in your online Account.
    Q: I have received your Quarterly Points Summary via email. How should I read it?
    A: The electronic Points Summary is sent to active MYBonus members on a quarterly basis. It records Total Points Available and Expiry within that Points Summary period (From last Points Summary Date to Current Points Summary date). Your recent Points collection may not fall into this cycle but it will be reflected in your next electronic Points Summary email. You are advised sign in to your online account regularly to ensure transaction is recorded correctly within 14 days from the transaction date.
    Q: Why does the Points structure differ among your Partners?
    A: Every Partner operates differently from the other, not just in the products but also services they provide.
    Q: What are extra MYBonus Points, and how do they work?
    A: Extra MYBonus Points are Points awarded in addition to the standard Points on promotions to further reward you.
    Q: What happens to Points when the Member is deceased?
    A: The next of kin may request to take over the Account by forwarding the relevant documentations as determined from time to time. Approval of this request is up to the discretion of MYBonus.

    Q: What kind of Rewards can I redeem for?
    A: A wide variety of fabulous rewards ranging from personal gadgets to home appliances, health, beauty, accessories and experiential rewards are made available for MYBonus members. To view the latest Rewards, please visit www.mybonus.com.my.
    Q: How do I redeem my rewards?
    A: Simple sign in to your account at www.mybonus.com.my and perform an online redemption.
    Q: How do I make an online redemption?
    A: Step 1:Sign in to your account and go to
    Step 2: Browse Rewards by category and add multiple rewards to your shopping cart
    Step 3: Click checkout and follow the steps to complete your redemption.

    Once the redemption has been successfully completed, you will be issued a Redemption Reference number. Please keep this number for future reference.
    Q: I cannot perform online redemption due to problems with cookies.
    A: Your browser must be cookie-enabled in order to transact at the MYBonus website. Cookies are short pieces of data stored by your browser, which we use to identify your account. To enable cookies, please go to Internet Options (for Internet Explorer), select Privacy. Change the privacy setting to medium or low.     Q: How long does it take for my Rewards to be delivered to me?
    A: The delivery takes 4 - 6 weeks from the processed date.
    Q: How do I keep track of my redemption status?
    A: You can keep track of your redemption status with the following methods:
    • Sign in to your account at www.mybonus.com.my and go to Redemption Status
    • Membership Services Centre: 03- 8076 1313
    Q: Can I cancel the redemption or exchange for another Reward after redemption is made?
    A: Sorry, redemption once submitted cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
    Q: How long is the validity of the vouchers?
    A: Generally, all vouchers are valid for 3 months from the issuance date unless otherwise stated.
    Q: Can I use the voucher during promotional period?
    A: Use of vouchers is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the suppliers. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions stated at the back of the voucher for more details.
    Q: How far in advance do I need to book hotel stay?
    A: Members are required to make their own room reservations with the respective hotel subject to availability of rooms. Please contact the hotel directly to make the necessary arrangement and to enquire on room availability.
    Q: Can I exchange my MYBonus Points for cash?
    A: No. Points are not exchangeable for cash. However, you can redeem cash voucher from selected redemption partners. For more details, visit www.mybonus.com.my.

    Q: I cannot remember my password.
    A: Click on Forgot Password. Please enter your registered email address. A temporary new password will be emailed to your registered email account. Use the temporary new password to sign in to your account and change your password immediately.
    Q: Why am I unable to sign in to my account?
    A: There are a few reasons why you are not able to sign in:
    • Wrong password: Reset your password through Forgot Password link. If you have made too many unsuccessful tries, your password is probably locked and you will need to contact MYBonus Membership Services at 03- 8076 1313 to unlock it.
    • Inaccurate/incomplete Account information: You will need to update MYBonus on your Account information. Please contact MYBonus Membership Services at 03- 8076 1313.
